Default squad for me at this point would probably include 2 Rangers - 1 with Run&Gun, 1 with Conceal. But Run&Gun is a top-tier perk so of course you give up something to get something. It's really nice to be able to use your Ranger to attack the first pod (or all pods) and simply switch to concealment for scouting at your leisure. Concealment does pair nicely with your Sniper for overwatch trap triggers and ease of Killzone setup - so offensive value is added there.
